Data Analytics website for Sports Analysts

I am needing a developer to create a scalable website for sports data analytics. You will be creating and implementing dashboards that allow users to select data based on certain criteria. I currently have this setup with Power BI. However, I want to be able to connect to APIs (which I will provide) to do the same that I am pulling from Power BI or similar.

You will be given access to my current website so that you can have a good idea for what I am doing. These will cover American professional sports (MLB, NFL, NBA, WNBA).

Users will be able to log in, select a sport, select the dashboards related to a particular sport, and select data to manipulate the dashboards.

This will be a subscription based service as it currently is. Right now I have all of this set up with WIX.

Will need a section where I can create/upload courses or training videos and guides to help educate users on how to use the dashboards.

The site must be responsive.

I want to have the site turned into a compile app that can be accessed from the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store in addition to being a responsive web app that can be accessed from the web.

Site will need a blog section. Site needs to have great SEO and social media integration.

You will also be retained for ongoing maintenance, updates, and emergency fixes.

Technical writer - Large project

We are looking for a technical content writer who has expertise in BIM and engineering to write content for our blogs.

Topics include:
The current state of the BIM industry
Overview of GIS mapping
Digital Twins Applications to Construction and FM
Etc

SOW is to provide a list of titles for these articles for us to choose from and then write the selected ones with relevant images.

We are looking to publish 4 articles on our website to start with and then 1 each week for 3 months. Depending on the results, we will decide if we wish to continue thereafter or not.

You must be a subject matter expert to be considered.
